The CBP-DTO methodology transforms often disparate organizational data into actionable results. By integrating well known Lean Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Activity-Based Planning (ABP), and Theory of Constraints (TOC) techniques, CBP-DTO models provide an integrated view of strategic, operational, and financial data to generate management information to support process improvement, costing/profitability analysis, and decision-making.
CBP is a powerful adjunct to QualiWare's DTO / Business Management System platform which enables all stakeholders across the organization to build, support, analyze, and employ CBP-DTO model results for improved decision-making. It is available as an optional component of the full Qualiware platform or as a unique CBP-specific managed Cloud service.
CBP-DTO supports a collaborative environment for organizational roles such as:
- Process Owners – responsible for the delivery of services and products
- Business Modelers – responsible for creating and maintaining CBP-DTO business models and managing scenarios that support future planning
- Data Suppliers – responsible for providing operational and financial data requirements from existing systems including ERP
