By integrating well known Lean Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Activity-Based Planning (ABP), and Theory of Constraints (TOC) techniques, CBP-DTO models provide an integrated view of strategic, operational, human resources, and financial data to generate management reports and dashboards that support both process improvement and costing/profitability analysis.
